1. you have to do the questions again starting from question numbers 11 here in the paper
2. Forget the answers you have wrote before and start from question number 11 and do it.
3. when they underlined a number it means, you have you have to round the number to nearest to that column. ( Examples; Nearest to 10s, 100s, 1000s)
