ASLEEN ONLINE is committed to ensuring the security and privacy of the personal data of our students, tutors, and all other stakeholders. This Data Protection Policy outlines our practices in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

We collect and process only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Personal data is collected with the informed consent of the individuals involved.

Before collecting any personal data, we obtain clear and unambiguous consent from individuals. Consent is sought for specific purposes, and individuals are informed of their right to withdraw consent at any time.
We record our sessions with parent consent.
We record for monitoring and training purposes as well as safeguarding students.
Parent have the right to request to stop recordings whenever they need.
We delete all recordings within 1 month after we view sessions.
We do not keep recordings for over 1 month without parental consent.
Recorded sessions will not be shared to any third party.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we collect is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Individuals have the right to request corrections to their data.

Personal data is processed solely for the purposes for which it was collected. Any additional processing requires separate consent or is otherwise permitted by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This includes encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

Individuals have the right to access their personal data held by ASLEEN ONLINE and to receive information about how it is processed.

Data subjects may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Data subjects have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, subject to legal requirements.

Upon request, we provide individuals with their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data in certain circumstances.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with legal requirements. Personal data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted.

We do not  transfer the data , we do not share the data with any third parties.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and affected individuals as required by law.

ASLEEN ONLINE has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

We provide training to our employees and contractors to raise awareness of data protection principles and their responsibilities.

This Data Protection Policy is reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing compliance with data protection laws and best practices. It is updated as necessary to reflect changes in regulations and our data processing activities.
