ASLEEN ONLINE is committed to recruiting staff and tutors who are suitable to work with children. We will:

  • Conduct background checks, including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, for all staff members and tutors.
  • Verify the qualifications and credentials of all tutors.
  • Follow a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that candidates are suitable to work with children.

We do not share personal data with any third parties.

  • Ensure all staff and tutors maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students.
  • Promote respectful and appropriate behavior among students.
  • Monitor and report any inappropriate online conduct.
  • Provide guidelines for the safe and responsible use of technology within our online learning environment.
  • Implement measures to protect students from harmful content and online threats.
  • All staff and tutors will receive regular training on child protection and safeguarding.
  • We will raise awareness among our team about potential signs of abuse and how to respond appropriately.
  • Encourage open communication and reporting of concerns among staff, tutors, and students.
  • Follow clear procedures for reporting and responding to safeguarding concerns, in line with KCSIE guidance.

Handle all safeguarding information confidentially and share it only with relevant parties as necessary.
